You will be a key representative of Fork Force Australia in the field and will play an important role in delivering high quality service to our customers.This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised company with strong culture, technical support and real opportunities for career progression.Key responsibilitiesDiagnose, fault find and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults on forklifts and materials handling equipmentCarry out scheduled servicing, breakdown and repair work at customer sitesComplete allocated jobs independently and within expected timeframesAccurately complete all job documentation, service reports and system entries on the day of serviceCommunicate professionally with customers and internal teamsEscalate complex or safety-related issues in accordance with company proceduresComply with all safety, site and company requirementsMaintain company vehicle, tools and equipment in a safe and serviceable conditionAttend work reliably, commence work on time and follow company absence and communication proceduresWhat you will need to succeedMechanical, industrial or automotive trade experience (essential)Forklift or materials handling industry experience (preferred)Diesel and/or petrol engine experienceLight or heavy vehicle mechanical experienceAuto electrical experience (advantageous)Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsAbility to work independently in a field service environmentGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong commitment to safe work practicesReliable attendance and punctualityWillingness to work overtime and a genuine desire to maximise earning potentialWhat you will get in returnEmployment with a growing, nationally recognised employerA supportive team environment and strong technical support networkGenuine career development and progression opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
