Reporting to the Sales Manager, the main function of this role is to provide our customers with superior levels of service in order to achieve business growth.Daily duties would include but not be limited to:Assist customers with their enquiriesProvide knowledgeable and accurate information on current stockBuild strong client relationshipsPromote new products/services to existing customersPlay a key role in the ongoing success of our operationAbout YouAlong with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar position you will have/be:Full Australian working rights or hold permanent residencyAt least 2 years'' experience in a similar position involving retail sales of carpet and/or timber flooring is essentialUnderstanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experienceStrong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationshipsAbility to adapt in a quick-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
