The successful candidate will undertake the below:Deal Processing functions: end to end responsibility over allocated brands, processing deals in timely mannerLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to investigate or advise any discrepancies in accountsMaintenance/distribution of a highvolume emailsGeneral journalsManufacturer payment/warranty allocationsRaise accurate invoices as requested in reasonable timeframeWorking within team to complete month end deadlines/goalsProcessing payments and floorplan payoutsFranchise related tasks and queries as requiredAdhoc administration duties and support to our Accounts department as requiredAbout YouYou''ll be successful in this role if you enjoy working in a busy team, take pride in accuracy, manage your time well, and approach each task with a positive, cando attitude.
