Mid Level Strategist for Brand (Business Analyst/Brand Strategist)Location: Sydney (Hybrid)Type: 6 month Maternity Leave ContractReporting to: Head of Brand and Group Account DirectorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Strategist with minimum 5 years experience who can support of Head of Brand in analysing business strategy for brand clients, and in support of Group Account Director to manage client relationships and accounts.Ideally, you have experience of working in both management consulting and agency. You are passionate about working with clients to create brands that solve business challenges. You use a strategic, data-driven approach that addresses whole of business operations, and know that great client relationships are built on clear communication and scopes, efficient timelines and budget management. This is a role for someone who brings the analytical rigour of consulting together with deep understanding of the creative agency.Business Analyst dutiesYou will play a pivotal role in analysing business performance to identify opportunity using a strategic choices framework. You consider markets, segments, portfolio and proposition to make high-level economic, capability, technology and operational recommendations. Your insights will directly contribute to shaping actionable strategic recommendations presented to senior stakeholders.You have analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling, business case development, and scenario analysis. You can distil complex data into clear strategic insights and recommendations. You have excellent communication skills with experience preparing executive-level deliverables (briefings, slide decks, reports). You are comfortable working in cross-functional and ambiguous environments, advocating for data-driven decisions.You will play a vital role in supporting the GAD through outstanding client service, with proposal development and team and budget management to drive results for clients, creative excellence, and profitability that delivers on Frost*collective''s values. You will deliver outstanding service to clients, including ensuring that solutions are effective, and the experience is exceptional.You are proactive around efficient processes and quality project delivery, including managing budgets and timelines, ensuring execution of agreed project plans, paying strong attention to detail throughout the process. You can work across several projects, ensuring profitability to plan. You can liaise with client and internal teams ensuring project deliverables are in scope and budget, and manage great relationships.ExperienceYou have minimum 5 years experience in a consulting and/or agency environment.
