Provides customer service in a timely and accurate manner to increase customer satisfaction, maintain the reputation and profitability of the organization. Operates and maintains facility equipment and machinery in a safe, efficient, and economical way.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSReviews customer blending and delivery tickets for accuracy and schedules product batching sequencesOperates facility loading and unloading equipment, mixing equipment, and other machineryCoordinates work activities of location employeesPerforms equipment and machinery preventative maintenance, trouble-shooting, maintenance, and cleaning tasksOTHER JOB FUNCTIONSTrains / serves as a back-up to the Facility Operation ManagerTrains new Custom Applicators and serves as back-up custom applicator as neededSupports and contributes to total company goals and objectives through collaboration efforts.Responsible for maintaining the assigned equipment according to company standards, adheres to the uniform policy, and maintains the appropriate professional image.Follows GROWMARK''s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.Performs all other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSNormally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1 or more years of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of fertilizer facility and equipment operations.Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.Prefer a general understanding of GROWMARK agronomy facility operations.Must obtain/have and maintain a valid CDL driver''s license with applicable endorsements, a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to work extended hours during peak production times.Must obtain/have and maintain a valid Commercial Applicator''s core license with applicable weed, insect, and disease certifications.Frequently or continuously exposed or required to work in conditions that may include:Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, snow, ice, etc.)May include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measuresMay be required to work at varying heightsConfined spacesLifting 51-70 lbsDemonstrates the ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK''s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position....SECURING YOUR FUTURE, ONE BENEFIT AT A TIME.Our benefits packages aredesigned to support every aspect of our employees'' well-beingfrom health plans to life insurance, robust retirement plans, and more.We provide benefits that meet their needs today while also ensuring a secure future.Offerings may include, but are not limited to:UNITED STATES:Fully Funded Pension*401(k) & Employer MatchHSA & Employer ContributionsLife InsuranceDisabilityIdentity Protection*The pension plan is subject to individual company participation.
