Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more.Fulton Hogan - Infrastructure Services, is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Engineer to complement a multidisciplinary team based in Mackay, Queensland. Reporting to the Department Manager, this role will see you play a crucial part in developing and delivering various projects in the region. It will enable to you gain career experience in technical, design, operational and construction disciplines, and promote and encourage a safety-first culture.You will build on our strong key stakeholder relationships within both the government and private sectors, and you will be empowered to lead and develop a team of Project and Site Engineers to ensure successful project delivery within a safety-first culture.You will have previous experience in delivering Civil/Mining, Surfacing and/or Airport projects whilst ensuring contractual obligations are met, as well as maintaining positive client relationships. Your ability to show initiative to identify and address issues before they arise, with the aptitude and flexibility for taking on new challenges will set you up for success. Your analytical ability in cost control, reviewing monthly project forecasts and interrogating forecasting costs to complete as required, will also be crucial to your delivery. You will possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with beneficial experience in pavement construction and asphalt surfacing, as well as hold registration as a RPEQ or in the process for achieving RPEQ.
