Proudly Australianowned for over 100 years, we employ more than 1,800 people across the country and continue to invest in our people, capability, and future workforce.As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Training & Development Coordinator to join our People & Development team, based at Eagle Farm.This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing people, supporting early careers, and coordinating meaningful training and development opportunities across a national workforce.About the RoleReporting to the People & Development Supervisor, this role plays a key part in building future capability for the G.James Group. You will coordinate apprenticeship and early careers programs, support companywide learning initiatives, and assist the business in meeting essential training requirements.This is a varied, handson role where no two days are the same. You''ll work closely with leaders, apprentices, employees, training providers and schools, making a genuine impact on our workforce now and into the future.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Manage the lifecycle of apprentices including recruitment, onboarding, support and completionCoordinate recruitment and support for early careers programs including apprentices, trainees, graduates and work experience placementsSupport the coordination and delivery of companywide learning and development initiatives, including leadership programs and professional / soft skills trainingAssist the business with scheduling required and regulatory training such as white cards, forklift licences, first aid and other essential qualificationsMaintain accurate training records and support compliance reportingBuild strong relationships with training providers, industry partners and apprenticeship bodiesEngage with local schools and education partners to promote early careers opportunities and strengthen talent pipelinesAbout YouYou will thrive in this role if you are:Passionate about people development and supporting others to succeedConfident communicating with a wide range of people including early career employees and operational leadersHighly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple prioritiesRelationshipfocused, approachable and supportiveExperience in HR, Training, Early Careers or workforce development will be highly regarded, but enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to learn are just as important.What We OfferPermanent, fulltime role based at Eagle FarmSupportive and collaborative People & Development teamCareer development opportunities across the G.James GroupFree onsite parking7% discount on health insurance with BUPAWork with a wellestablished Australianowned business committed to growth and innovationApply NowIf you''re ready to help shape the future of our workforce and contribute to meaningful development across our business, we''d love to hear from you.
