The team delivers proven strategic and commercial outcomes to clients through the application of comprehensive legal, forensic, investigative and evidentiary skills.Day to day, you will:Provide advice and management of banking litigation matters, including enforcement of securitiesHave responsibility for your own files (under supervision and guidance) with direct client relationship managementAppear in Court (without Counsel on routine matters /with Counsel), including preparing submissionsAssist in negotiations with other parties and drafting necessary documentsSupporting other team membersAbout GadensGadens is a leading, independent Australian law firm, with a clear vision and strategy for the future.
