Employment location: Brisbane Office based role.Key StakeholdersInternal: Sales, Development, Finance, OperationsExternal: Customers, Conveyancers, LegalPurpose of the role: Lincoln Place is seeking a Realty Administrator to play a crucial role in our management of realty contracts for new homes sold primarily in Queensland and with crossover duties into NSW as required. The Realty Administrator will work in Salesforce and Lincoln Place systems to further enhance operating rhythms of all disciplines within the business. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the integrity, timeliness and ease of use of our realty contracts.ResponsibilitiesContract Preparation:Assist in creating and customizing realty contracts for respective developments and associated housing types on each lot.Collaborate with team members to identify inputs required for sales advice preparation and that Salesforce system reflects the final contract.Data Management:Review settlement forecasts in Salesforce platform to ensure data integrity with contracted parties, settlement forecasts are correct and all legal requirements from the contracts (variations) are understood by development & construction teams.Support data validation processes to maintain data integrity and quality.Assist in implementation of e-contracts to Lincoln Place Platform.Business Implementation:Assist in the development and implementation of business rules to enhance workflow efficiency and automate processes for the management of realty contracts.Work closely with Development and Sales teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional business rules / processes.Support and Training:Provide ongoing support to new starters and current users, addressing any questions or issues related to realty administration role.Assist in training team members on contracts training, best practice and streamlining for the implementation of new features.Documentation:Maintain thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations for reference and compliance purposes.QualificationsBachelor''s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience as a realty contracts administrator or legal conveyancing.Proficient in realty contracts preparation and execution.Proficient in Salesforce with experience in data management.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for contract preparation and review of executed contracts.Familiarity with business process mapping and workflow automation.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.About Lincoln PlaceLincoln Place is an Australian based company specialising in the development, management and operation of active Lifestyle Estates for the over 50s.
