If you think you are a star performer packing classes with your passion, skill and with the support of the world''s leading then Genesis Fitness is for you.Our instructors must be qualified in their chosen field; new graduates with reformer training are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesTeach and lead Reformer Pilates classes as part of a supportive team.Deliver high standards of customer service and maintain clear communication with participants.Participate in in-house training and ongoing professional development.Adhere to safety, health, and wellbeing protocols and policies.Essential Qualifications & RequirementsDemonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills.Relevant Program Certification (e.g., Reformer Pilates).Working with Children''s Check.Current Senior First Aid Certificate.Current CPR Certificate.Infection Control Training certificate (COVID-19).Willingness to participate in in-house training.Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process.Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.Desirable QualificationsCert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).Willingness to complete Freestyle Instructor course if required.Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or relevant body preferred.Previous industry experience is highly regarded!How to ApplyIf you are a passionate person who realises the tremendous opportunity that this role offers and want to utilise your skills and passion in a health training environment, we want to hear from you!
