We''ll support you every step of the way as you join us in finding sustainable energy solutions to make a positive impact that will last for generations.Role and responsibilitiesProject & design management and leadership, from feasibility and tender through to constructionLeading the Technical and Commercial direction on Renewable Energy projects as a Project DirectorSupport strategic initiatives on developing and growing GHD''s Future Energy program, with dedicated attention to renewable opportunities in BESS, Solar and Wind in New South Wales and across AustraliaCollaborating with colleagues across the business (nationally and globally) to manage project resourcing, development and delivery activitiesProjects that range from pre-FID planning and investigation studies and procurement support through to post-FID delivery phase rolesAssisting with management of the Quality, HSE, IMS compliance standards and promotion of continuous improvement in our systems and processesIdentifying and creating business opportunities for the team and the broader businessWhat you''ll bringA bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, with Project Management qualifications also highly regardedMinimum 10 - 15 years industry experience, demonstrated local experience on projects in either the BESS, Solar or Wind spaceCPEng (or ability to obtain) will be valuedDemonstrated skills in project management and design management capable of leading large power projects as a Project Director where you''ve led multi-disciplinary engineering design. Experience as an Owner''s Engineer is also advantageousYou have a proactive, self-directed leadership style. You are an enthusiastic, supportive & motivating leader able to get the best out of their team and comfortable with mentoring and technical supervisory responsibilitiesA natural communicator & strategic thinker who is proactive, professional & collaborativeInterested?
