Our venues deliver quality experiences and a high level of customer service across both golf and hospitality operations.GSM is seeking Golf Operations & Hospitality Attendants to join the team at Growling Frog Golf Course, a premium public golf course open 7 days a week in Yan Yean, Victoria.The RoleThis role involves working across the golf operations and bar areas, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operation of the venue.Key Responsibilities include:Providing exceptional customer service and building strong rapport with customersOperating a Point of Sale (POS) systemTaking and managing golf bookingsDaily tee time coordinationAssisting with retail stock replenishmentCompleting daily operational tasksGolf cart cleaning and washing, including presentation and readiness for daily useMaintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environmentDemonstrating a strong work ethicBeing reliable and punctual, with availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periodsAbout YouReporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an integral member of the customer-facing team.
