Our workplace is more than a space it''s a community of passionate individuals shaping the future of the alcoholic beverage industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of 8-10 packaging staff including training, performance evaluation, and coachingExecute weekly production plans across Small Pack and Keg linesto meet output, quality, and efficiency targetsDrive line performance optimization and proactively identify improvement opportunitiesMonitor and report operational scorecard KPIs for packagingManage administrative systems (Netsuite, ELMO) and maintain standard work documentationComplete changeover procedures, end-of-week checklists, handover documentation, and KPI spreadsheetsEnsure compliance with HACCP, WQA, GMP, and OH&S procedures at all timesCoordinate with Brewing, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to optimize daily and weekly schedulesIdentify and escalate maintenance issues and coordinate repairs when necessaryEnsure packaging line meets 5S cleanliness standards during and at end of shiftRespond to incidents or near-misses and ensure appropriate action is takenRequired2-3 years'' experience in manufacturing or production operations (FMCG, beverage, or brewing preferred)1+ years'' experience in a leadership or supervisory roleKnowledge of HACCP, WQA, GMP, and OH&S proceduresStrong organizational and administrative skillsProcess/product knowledge in beverage or beer industry (or ability to learn quickly)Leadership and communication abilitiesProblem-solving with handson approachOpen to continuous learning and implementing improvementsAbility to work across departments and with diverse teamsWorkplacePhysically fit and capable of regular lifting and manual workComfortable working in wet/tight spaces with high noise, PPE and hazardous chemical exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr
