We are passionate about our brands and building a culture where we believe anything is possible.Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Manager, the Loader will be an integral member of the bakery distribution team, responsible for overseeing the day to day process of the distribution team including bakery network organisation, picking and packing orders for our customers, ensuring timely dispatch and working toward KPIs.The shift patterns available are:Shift 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 8am - 4pm and Thursday 8am - 4.30pmShift 2: Tuesday 3.30pm - 12.00am, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 4.00pm - 12.00am and Saturday 1.00pm -9.00pmAbout YouAt least 2 years proven experience in supply chain/manufacturing/warehousing/picking/packing or similarAbility to communicate and interact with all types of peopleSelf-motivated and enthusiasticMaintain accountability & responsibility within self & teamComputer skills Microsoft OfficeLogical, analytical and problem solving abilitiesPlanning and organising experienceAt Goodman Fielder our purpose is to make everyday food better for everyone.
