As AI reshapes how people buy, Gorgias is building the foundation for the next decade of ecommerce, where every brand has its own intelligent agent and every customer feels understood.Join us to make Conversational Commerce real.About the Partnerships TeamAt Gorgias, partnerships drive over 50% of our revenue (75% of our Enterprise revenue) - partnerships has and always will be a cornerstone of our strategy.We''re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to manage and grow relationships with our most strategic technology and agency partners including ISVs, development, digital marketing, and ecommerce agencies.This is a highimpact, externally facing role where you''ll drive joint revenue initiatives, coordinate sales cycles, and evolve partners from basic referral relationships into fully engaged Gorgias service providers.In this role you will take ownership of the APAC region, building your own strategy and being given the autonomy needed to execute alongside your colleagues in the APAC sales and success teams.You''ll be part of a growing team that plays a critical role in expanding our market reach, particularly through enterpriselevel partnerships with large development and digital marketing agencies.What You''ll DoOwn and grow a portfolio of technology, midmarket and enterpriselevel agency and tech partnerships, focusing on revenue accountability and longterm strategic alignment.Lead monthly cadence calls with top partners to review pipeline, coselling opportunities, and ongoing initiatives.Coordinate joint sales cycles, working closely with Gorgias AEs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers to deliver a seamless merchant experience.Drive partnersourced and partnerinfluenced pipeline, actively managing opportunity followup and reporting.Support the transformation of referral partners into Gorgiascertified service partners via the Partner Academy and enablement tracks.Implement and optimize a revenueundermanagement model for key agencies.Represent Gorgias at industry conferences and travel regularly (~25%) be "the face" of Gorgias in APAC.Proactively communicate progress, successes and risks, surfacing blockers early and driving alignment with crossfunctional stakeholders.Who You Are3 to 5+ years of partnerships experience, ideally with a background in enterprise partnerships, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.Have a strong network in the APAC ecommerce community, bonus points if you''re a big name in the Shopify ecosystem.Manage your own daytoday schedule and working hours to do your best work, while benefiting from continuous support and coaching from your manager.Experience working with or selling into large companies or navigating complex, multistakeholder agency relationships.A revenuedriven mindset, comfortable tracking pipeline, forecasting, and contributing to sales outcomes.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external executives.Organized and selfsufficient in managing a multipartner portfolio and coordinating across crossfunctional teams.Nice to have: Experience in the Shopify ecosystem, working with eCommerce platforms or merchants, or having technical acumen to speak fluently about the Gorgias ecosystem and integration model.Outcomes You''ll DriveDevelop the partnerships growth strategy for APAC, with the support of your manager.Identify, onboard, and grow a portfolio of top enterprise ISVs and agency partners.Increase partnersourced and partnerinfluenced revenue through joint GTM efforts.Deepen partner enablement and coselling motions with Gorgias sales and success teams.Strengthen Gorgias'' presence in the enterprise ecommerce space via the agency ecosystem.Perks and Benefits5week vacationPaid sick leave (15 days)Paid parental leave (16 weeks)We provide private health insurancePaid lunch (included in your base salary) - AU$5,000Superannuation paid even when on leaveAU$1000 work from home stipendGet up to AU$2800 of learning material per year (includes books, courses, training sessions that are easily identified and linked with your job scope.
