This role supports patient care and unit efficiency through frontline reception, clerical duties, and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare setting.ResponsibilitiesProvide reception, clerical, and administrative supportAssist with patient admissions and dischargesManage patient files, mail, and documentationLiaise with clinical staff, patients, and external providersCoordinate communication between staff, patients, and service providersMonitor and restock unit suppliesPromote a safe and efficient work environmentKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the Paediatric and Special Care Nursery team with clerical tasksMaintain accurate records and documentationManage supplies and equipment ordersEnsure a safe, clean, and well-organised environmentSkills & ExperienceStrong clerical and customer service skillsAbility to prioritise tasks in a busy environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedCommitment to patient confidentiality and quality serviceHow to ApplyTo see a full copy of the Position Description, click here.
