Reporting line will be aligned to experience, with the role reporting to either the Head of HR or the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with hiring managers across multiple departments to understand role requirements and advise on effective recruitment strategies.Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in delivering continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes.Manage and support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing strategies through to interviews, offers, and onboarding support.Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, industry events, and direct outreach.Conduct interviews and assess candidate capability, experience, and cultural alignment, presenting quality shortlists to hiring managers.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Greatland''s culture, values, and employee value proposition to the market.Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on recruitment progress.Lead candidate offer discussions and negotiations in line with organisational remuneration frameworks.Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors).About YouWe welcome applications from candidates across all levels of recruitment experience who are keen to grow their career with Greatland.
