This is a non client-facing, office-based role supporting our patients, clinicians and nurses through phone, email and administrative coordination. Your role will focus on managing inbound and outbound communication and providing administrative support to ensure the clinic operates efficiently.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeManaging incoming phone calls and email enquiries in a clear, professional mannerCoordinating specialist consultations, rechecks, and procedure bookingsProcessing referrals and liaising with referring veterinary practicesSupporting clients with appointment logistics and general enquiries via phone and emailMaintaining accurate patient and client recordsCompleting administrative tasks to support clinicians and nursing staffAssisting with invoicing, payments, and document managementHelping create a calm, organised, and compassionate clinic environmentQualificationsWho We''re Looking ForHave at least 2 years'' experience in client service, medical administration, veterinary reception, or a similar roleAre seeking a part-time position, working 3 days per week, 8:30am 5:30pmEnjoy supporting clients through phone and email communication, with a focus on clarity and professionalismHave excellent computer skills and strong attention to detailDemonstrate high emotional intelligence and communicate clearly, calmly, and confidentlyAre organised, adaptable, and professional in a specialist medical environmentApplicants must have full working rights and unfortunately we do not offer sponsorship for this position.Additional InformationInterested?
