We are flexible on how these hours are worked across the week, whether that be reduced hours 5 days a week to work with school times, 3 - 4 days per week - let''s make it work for everybody!What You''ll Be DoingGreeting residents and visitors with genuine warmth (and great chat!)Helping with day-to-day enquiries, parcel deliveries, guest check-ins, and move-insKeeping our front-of-house areas clean, safe, and looking sharpSupporting fun community events and helping bring resident engagement ideas to lifeStaying on top of admin tasks, emails, and CRM updatesAssisting with leasing questions and ensuring residents feel supportedSharing your best local tips to help students settle into life in AdelaideWhat You''ll BringExperience within a customer facing role with a focus on service experience.
