You''ll be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment across Hamilton Island through regular patrols, incident response, regulatory enforcement, and emergency support.Where you''ll make an impactConduct island-wide patrols and respond to incidents professionally and promptly.Assist with crowd control and support departmental managers during busy periods.Manage traffic issues including accidents, breakdowns, and issuing of infringements.Respond to alarm activations, staff lockouts, and lost/found property reports.Perform drug and alcohol testing in line with HIE policy.Act as a first responder for medical assistance and emergency situations.Maintain records of oncall personnel and respond to afterhours issues.Support administrative tasks and communication logs.Manage aviation security access and maintain eligibility for an ASIC.Uphold all WHS and compliance policies and procedures.What we''re looking forYou are a reliable, professional communicator who remains calm in highpressure environments.
