DREAM Dementia Support Coaches work with staff in community and residential aged care through on-site visits, remote support, observation, modelling, and reflective dialogue. They provide tailored education based on DREAM modules, delivering both group sessions and individual mentoring. Coaches collaborate with staff, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure support is relevant, context-specific, and aligned with service needs. The role requires autonomy, adaptability, and a strong commitment to person-centred, psychosocial dementia support.This role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract until February 2028.
