Later, you move on to scheduled member check-in calls, building strong relationships and ensuring they feel supported. At the end of the day you are on a high because you had energising chats, solved issues and all your tasks are ticked off your to do list.You will be responsible for:Providing 6-star customer service support by phone and email - responding promptly to enquiries, taking messages or redirecting calls, and following up to ensure resolution. This is a low-volume, high-quality role.Delivering diverse administrative support to the team and assisting with various business projects including tracking event RSVP''s. We are running events for up to 600 participants.Supporting member onboarding for all programs, ensuring course materials are delivered, collecting required documents, making check-in calls to new members and ensuring a seamless experience.Creating an exceptional member experience, which includes coordinating monthly newsletters, tracking member progress, providing daily community support, assisting with webinars, and handling offboarding tasks.Assisting with event preparation, logistics and administration, ensuring the team and attendees have everything they require.Drafting and managing invoices for programs and membership fees, tracking outstanding payments until resolved or escalated, and setting up subscription payments.What you bring:You''re proactive -You don''t wait.
