We stay at the forefront of retailing and consistently provide outstanding customer service, culminating in winning the Cruise Retailer of the Year award for 2022 and 2023.What You Will Be DoingLiving and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on boardMaximising sales by promoting a quality range of premium watches through onboard seminars, presentations ngu & in-store eventsDeveloping detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand cultureExceeding sales targets and delivering promotional events such as seminars and presentationsWho You AreStrong retail background and knowledge of watches, including experience of working with and selling Swiss brands and luxury watchesExcellent face-to-face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skillsMotivated and driven to achieve sales targetsProven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury itemsAdaptable to changeKala and able to work in a high-pressure environmentA strong team player who is goal orientatedWhat You Will ReceiveCompetitive salary and generous commission structureAccommodation and meals on boardDedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, product & brandContract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break at home between contractsDoes this sound like you?
