We deliver innovative self-employment and employment programs for Australians of all ages.Australian School of Entrepreneurship. We teach young people about the essential adulting skills not taught in traditional classrooms.We"re now looking for a Program Administrator (Brisbane based - full-time) to help manage and coordinate our adult self-employment programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination - 50%. Coordinate and execute tasks within our adult education programs, manage new participants, and ensure adherence to Department compliance items.General Administration - 50%. Support the Admin Coordinator with day-to-day tasks, respond to queries, manage new relationships, and demonstrate exceptional customer service via phone and email. ENERGY is a huge part of our organisation, so we are looking for someone who can embody energy.Key AttributesYou are comfortable with change and are highly adaptable.You are an expert communicator, engaging in your communication style face-to-face and via phone.You are detail-oriented and able to understand and implement guidelines and compliance items.Other InformationSalary: $50,000 to $75,000 inc super for a full-time staff member depending on experience.
