Reporting to the Australia-Asia Talent Lead, the Senior Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist will attract the best and brightest talent to the organization, enable the attraction of diverse talent, and develop talent pipelines for Hatch through internships and new graduate opportunities.ResponsibilitiesExecute the campus strategy, providing high volume full-cycle recruiting support across the Australia-Asia regionServe as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and the businessPlan and participate in campus events including Career Fairs, Information Sessions, Case competitions, Classroom presentations, and ConferencesAct as a trusted advisor and work closely with internal stakeholders to establish a tailored recruiting approach at designated school(s) to achieve skills requirementsServe as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our external footprint to build the Hatch Brand through social media and other channelsExecution of Student and New Grad Engagement model to enhance employee experienceAssess sponsorship requests and determine level of engagementManage scholarship programsProvide reporting on campus analyticsYou Bring To The RoleYou bring 3-5 years of full-cycle, highvolume campus recruitment experience, ideally supporting engineering or technical students and graduates. You have uptodate knowledge of bestpractice attraction, recruitment and selection strategies within the campus talent space, supported by a college or university degree in Human Resources or a related field. You''re confident managing large recruitment volumes in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment, and you bring a continuous improvement mindset that enhances the experience of candidates, clients and recruiters alike. You have experience defining and tracking KPIs and success measures for campus program initiatives, and you''re adept at managing conflicting priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail, accuracy and followthrough. With strong business acumen and an understanding of key drivers, you communicate exceptionally well and build rapport quickly, providing outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
