Graphic DesignerOVERVIEWAs a Graphic Designer for Havas Media''s content and creative department, you will be responsible for driving a high standard of graphic design and asset creation for a wide range of digital, social and campaign specific applications.You will be required to support and work alongside other members of the content and creative team as well as being able work independently on graphic design projects.From concept through to delivery, you will play a role in how ideas are imagined, built and successfully crafted, whether they be screen or print based.You will also be expected to actively engage with the latest design trends and innovations and to share these discoveries and knowledge with the content team and wider agency.You should work well under tight deadlines while on multiple projects. Excellent communications skills are also expected.Continue to develop your existing skills by embracing new technology and design techniques.Have a genuine thirst for creating crowd-pleasing work.Day to day, your role will involve :Design and produce assets focusing on attention to detail, user experience and best practice graphic design.Maintain and continue to develop highly visual, written and verbal presentation standards.Participate in brainstorming and development of innovative ideas and support the "selling" of these ideas to clients.Advocate for good creative ideas, both internally and with clients.Approach projects as creative opportunities and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.Maintain ownership of all your projects and bring strategic creative understanding to them, ensuring our clients'' needs are understood, met and exceeded.Ongoing development of digital and social media skills.Contribution of thoughts on the direction a particular brief should take.Willingness to put forward an unexpected design solution.Ability to communicate and negotiate in a professional manner with clients and colleagues.Maintain an open flow of communication with wider agency teams to produce the best result and ensure all deadlines are met.Excellent people skills and the ability to work in teams and express your ideas clearly.Contribute to the team by being motivated and by motivating others.To succeed in this role you will have :Minimum 2 years graphic design experience in an agency environmentKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro)A thorough grounding in graphic design.Ability to do moderate retouching and grading of imagery.Understanding of creative development processes, information architecture and design systems.Experience working with brand guidelines.Good understanding of technology, software and a passion for developing new skills.Capable of handling a variety of projects.Ability to think calmly and clearly in pressure situations.Self motivation and commitment to becoming a better designer.Basic Animation skills a plus (but not a necessity) #J-18808-Ljbffr
