Our people come from many different cultures and backgrounds and have skills ranging from farming and quality control to engineering and poultry processing.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst Planning & Scheduling to support our Planning team in balancing poultry demand and supply in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.This role is well-suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in supply chain, planning and analytics. You will work closely with senior planners, production, sales and logistics teams to help create accurate daily and weekly production plans and ensure customer orders are delivered in full and on time.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning & Scheduling SupportAssist in preparing daily and weekly production and scheduling plans aligned to the Master Production Schedule (MPS), customer orders, poultry availability and plant capacityUpdate and maintain planning spreadsheets and systems with accurate demand, production, inventory and yield dataSupport the translation of demand forecasts into supply and production plans across primary and secondary processingMonitor alignment between forecast, production, inventory and customer requirements, escalating potential gaps earlyData Analysis & ReportingWork with large data sets from planning tools, ERP systems, production reports and sales dataBuild and maintain Excel reports, pivot tables and basic charts to support planning decisionsTrack and report key metrics such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory, waste and schedule adherenceIdentify trends, variances and risks and highlight these to senior plannersSupply Chain CoordinationWork closely with production, farming/live bird supply, sales, logistics, warehousing and procurement teamsSupport daily and weekly planning meetings through data preparation, tracker updates and action summariesAssist with scenario analysis (e.g. demand changes, bird shortages, downtime) and document recommended responsesContinuous ImprovementDocument SOPs, work instructions and planning templatesContribute ideas to improve planning processes, tools and reportingSupport small improvement projects across demand planning, scheduling and inventory managementFood Safety & SafetyComply with all Hazeldenes policies related to food safety, quality, HACCP, animal welfare and WHSFollow safe systems of work and PPE requirementsReport hazards, near misses and non-conformances immediatelyABOUT YOUYou are a data-driven, motivated professional who enjoys working with numbers, learning new systems, and supporting a busy supply chain team.
