This handson role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, and who thrives in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.You will play a key role in ensuring our products, processes, and systems consistently meet GMP, regulatory, and customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform final quality control checks of finished products, ensuring batch documentation complies with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).Review and release raw materials and packaging components against approved specifications.Conduct routine inprocess and online quality checks to ensure manufacturing activities meet product and process requirements.Carry out GMP inspections across production, manufacturing, and warehouse areas to support compliance and audit readiness.Promote and support compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, and ISO 9001:2015 standards across all operations.Maintain and update quality system documentation, including preparation, review, control, and revision of controlled documents.Support internal audits by preparing documentation, recording findings, and coordinating followup actions.Assist with quality investigations (deviations and nonconformances) using root cause analysis tools.Support the implementation and tracking of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Deliver or support staff induction and refresher training related to GMP and quality systems.Monitor, trend, and report on quality and process performance indicators.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and 5S activities.Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Tertiary qualification in science or a related discipline or demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role.Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or similar industries highly regarded.Solid understanding of quality systems, GMP, and regulatory compliance requirements.High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.Willingness to work in a handson, onsite quality role within a manufacturing environment.Australian work authorisation required for this position.Why Join Health Focus Manufacturers?At HFM, we genuinely care about our people.
