Through our work, we encourage people to examine and change their behaviours for the benefit of the natural world and the people and places we love.The opportunityWe''re looking for a part-time (4 days per week) Proposals Coordinator to join the Delivery team, reporting directly to the Contracts & Procurement Manager, to ensure the efficient and successful creation and submission of procurement and grant proposals aligned to Healthy Land & Water''s strategic plan.Your ResponsibilitiesPreparing proposal plans and providing a breakdown of deliverables in line with the plan and distributing them to relevant stakeholdersFormatting, populating and distributing proposal schedules including sprintsAssisting with conducting research to gather information from subject matter experts and/or external contributors where requiredConsulting with relevant internal departments to confirm organisational and employee professional information relevant to proposal submissionsCoordinating and collecting proposal information and deliverables from all internal and external contributorsAssisting with the development of the subcontractor, contractor, and suppliers information gathering and system detailsDeveloping and distributing proposal documents to relevant internal stakeholders for approvals according to organisational policies, procedures, and delegationsCompleting internal audits and quality checks to ensure highest level of accuracy and detail is executedRecording management and document control for all proposal related informationAnalyzing proposal outcomes and feasibility data to inform and guide discussions and strategic decisions during internal meetingsTracking proposal performance, win rates, and financial outcomes using data and analyticsContributing ideas on systems and processing methods to improve deliverablesAbout YouIdeally, you will share our vision to lead the change that will deliver an environment for future generations to thrive.
