Customer Service Officer Victor Harbor and NoarlungaPermanent part time position 22 hours / week (Tuesday to Friday 9am- 3pm) at Victor HarborSome training and the occasional shifts at NoarlungaThis role will suit someone with good organisation and admin skillsIt matters more at Hearing AustraliaHearing Australia is a trusted leader in our field. Here''s how you''ll do it :You''ll greet clients, attend to all counter and telephone enquiriesYou''ll cover reception and undertake general administration duties includes booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reportsYou''ll liaise extensively with our clients of all ages, some with complex needs, as well as with clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgroundsYou''ll perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshoot hearing device issuesYou''ll assist audiologists with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aidsWhat you''ll bringThe successful candidate will thrive in a client centred environment where they can provide exceptional and friendly service in conjunction with managing complex medical administration processes.
