Job Description

We are seeking a polished and professional waiter with experience in premium service environments to join our team in Sydney.We''re looking for someone with a strong customer service focus, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences. If you''re looking to take your hospitality skills into a corporate setting this is the role for you.The shifts for this role are dynamic, this role includes five 8-hour shifts a week between 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. This may also include occasional evening events.What you doCoordinate with the Client Services Coordinator and servery team to confirm food, beverage, and room setup requirements for meetings and eventsMonitor scheduled functions and services via the meeting room booking system, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery in line with established proceduresProvide attentive waiter service and basic audio-visual or video conferencing support during meetings and eventsEnsure meeting rooms are promptly cleared, cleaned, and restocked after each session, maintaining a high standard of presentationRestock meeting room equipment and consumables daily, ensuring correct stock rotation and maintenance of par levelsAssist with monitoring and ordering of consumables, and accurately record stock usageSupport occasional kitchen duties and assist with after-hours or off-site events as requiredWhat you bringPrevious experience in premium hospitality settings such as boardrooms, restaurants, or hotels, with a strong focus on professional table serviceProficient in Silver Service techniques and confident in delivering a high-end guest experienceHolds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationComfortable using Microsoft Outlook for basic communication and scheduling tasksCommitted to delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional, and proactive approachWorks well as part of a collaborative team, supporting colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive work environmentIs curious about new tech and open to learning, even better if you''re excited about AI!What you can expect from usWe''re a world leading international law firm with a global team of over 6,000 professionals across 26 offices.
