With extensive experience of dealing with high value costs ligation, costs budgeting, appeals, group litigation and technical challenges. Our experienced advocates regularly attend national court hearings across the country.Key responsibilitiesProviding support to the Head of the Team with the co-ordination of data information for clientsFile Management creating and archiving files and ensuring compliance procedures are adhered toRecords - archiving and recovery of records as requested by secretarial or fee earning staffPreparing case bundles and documenting against agreed protocolsFaxing, scanning, photocopyingFilingSupport and advice to all users of the serviceHand deliveries, when requiredPrinting email attachmentsAnswering the telephoneSome legal work on filesWhat we are looking forEssentialOrganises own work effectivelySeeks and accepts feedback and guidanceWorks flexibly to meet goalsCompetently follows agreed processes/methodsGood team working skillsExcellent communication skillsDemonstrates understanding of client needs/expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr
