Your next role as an Account Manager within the Hilti Industry team will see you having direct customer contact with the existing customer base and also a proactive role in identifying new customers. This role will focus on the QLD Faade industry with a goal of making our customers more productive, safe and sustainable. You will be responsible for growing sales by developing customers, introducing new products and services, and implementing sales strategies with our Faade customers in QLD.What You''ll doThe purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account''s portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer.Your General Activities IncludeBuilding relationships you''ll be on the field, meeting with customers on a daily basis to capture the perfect business opportunity. You understand to create value in account(s) through long-term, profitable relationshipsTime and Territory Management (TTM) - creating a daily schedule (including presence on jobsites and client offices) to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territoryBe a Hilti Champion you''ll carry the technical knowledge to present high level customer consultations in your defined territory and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplaceTracking your progress you''ll utilize Salesforce to record all the interactions you had to make a sale as reporting is a key part of this roleWhat You''ll BringExperience working within the Construction and Faade industry is advantageousTertiary qualification engineering or architecture is highly desirablePrevious experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative or a customer facing roleSolution selling and customer centric approachA valid Australian drivers licenseExperience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is desirableMotivated & capable of working independently, managing your own call cycleStrong discipline, with the ability to manage accounts remotely and build relationshipsProven negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skillsWhat''s In It for YouShow us what you''re made of and we''ll offer you opportunities to move around the business to work abroad, experience different job functions and tackle different markets.
