Working closely with the Senior People Experience Business Partner to support our strategic people initiatives, workforce planning, and operational HR services. You will partner closely with leaders to build capability, support employee engagement, and contribute to a high-performing culture.What You''ll Be DoingPartnering with People: Build trusted relationships across the organisation to align people strategies with operational needs.Supporting Strategic HR: Collaborate with the Senior People Experience Business Partner on key initiatives including workforce planning, performance, engagement, and change.Empowering Managers and Teams: Provide timely, accurate and practical advice on employee relations, policy, development, and wellbeing.Ensuring Compliance and Process Excellence: Manage HR documentation and records, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with legislation and Council policies.Driving Improvement: Contribute to people-focused projects and use workforce data to inform continuous improvement.What You''ll Need To SucceedTertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related disciplineSubstantial generalist HR experience across varied organisations or sectorsStrong knowledge of employment law, modern awards, and enterprise agreementsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approachTo Be Considered For This RoleA maximum 1 page cover letter which should outline your interest in the roleA current CV which includes key achievements & relevant qualificationsWhat We Can OfferHybrid working flexibility, whether you''re home, or in our newly renovated & spacious office facilities.
