Competitive remuneration package. 12-month contract.The OpportunityThis is a key role with a primary focus on supporting Holcim IT and Digital Projects with commercial and customer facing outcomes in the IT Commercial Solutions portfolio. You will work closely with business management to deliver on IT elements to support strategic plans to innovate and improve commercial solutions with IT and digital applications and integrations. You will also work with IT vendors, business project teams and external customer IT departments to deliver commercially aligned solutions.Your Main Objectives In The Role Will BeTo contribute to projects with the business and other resources (internal and/or external) to deliver IT and Digital solutions for the HANZ business and their external customers and vendors.To collaborate and contribute to define and report on HANZ IT Commercial solutions strategy and to align to business and customer requirements.Supporting solutions to ensuring ongoing fit for purpose and stability to provide for business users and their processes.Assisting in identification and delivery of improvements on existing solutions and processes.Further and detailed accountabilitiesEngaging with the business and IT community to identify, implement, and deliver on IT projects to support the Holcim Australia and New Zealand business models, and regional and global solutions.Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project updates and portfolio status.Assisting team members, business stakeholders and contributors, external IT vendors, and internal IT build teams, to achieve required solution builds.Proactively participating with the business formally and informally to ensure the best possible solutions are provided whilst adhering to agreed KPIs and SLAs.Always looking for a better way!About YouGraduate degree in computer science, finance, business engineering or related discipline with an IT/Business focus (desirable).Relevant industry experience.Qualifications in Project Management methodology or relevant experience.Experience working within IT projects.Experience in dealing with stakeholders.Experience in application design and development.Experience in requirements engineering.Experience working with international Business/IT teams.Working with virtual teams geographically and time zone spread.Experienced in use, and solid understanding, of Project Management/Portfolio Management processes & methodologies.Ability to communicate openly and effectively with Business Units, IT, external partners and with many diverse constituencies.Ability to work decisively under pressure considering the criticality and urgency required to ensure availability of the service in accordance with service level commitments and business continuity requirements.Ability to prioritise work to meet competing deadlines.Flexibility to support and work across various IT disciplines and knowledge areas as required.Why Holcim?At Holcim we offer an inclusive environment, where our people feel comfortable bringing their authentic self to work.
