Our business is built on reliability, attention to detail, and strong operational systems.As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a mid-level Customer Service Assistant Manager to support daily operations and assist in maintaining service standards across all properties and teams.The RoleThis is a hands-on, mid-level leadership role as a Customer Service Assistant Manager working closely with the Operations Manager. You will assist in coordinating cleaning teams, schedules, quality control, and day-to-day operational problem-solving. You will be expected to work independently within your scope while escalating issues appropriately.This role is suited to someone with solid operational experience who is ready to step into a more accountable leadership position within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, particularly during peak holiday periods.Based in Surfers Paradise. Travel required between Brisbane and Byron Bay.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing and coordinating daily cleaning operations across holiday propertiesSupport roster planning, scheduling, and job allocationsSupervise and support cleaning staff and team leadersConduct and assist with quality inspections to ensure HPS standards are metRespond to last-minute changes, urgent cleans, and operational issuesCommunicate professionally with property managers and internal office staffAssist with cleaning supplies, equipment, and stock controlAssist with staff onboarding, training, and continuous operational improvementsAbout YouProven experience in an operations or supervisory role (experience in cleaning, hospitality, or accommodation is essential)Strong people-management skills with the ability to support teams under pressureExcellent organisational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality outcomesConfident and professional communicator with staff and clientsFluent in professional English (Spanish language skills are a strong advantage)Ability to problem-solve quickly and make sound operational decisionsComfortable using scheduling systems, email, and basic reporting toolsValid driver''s lisence and flexibility to travel between locationsRight to Work RequirementApplicants must have full working rights in AustraliaProof of visa status and right to work will be required prior to employmentEngagement Structure$70,000 $75,000 + super, depending on experienceInitial engagement may commence on an ABN/contractor basis for the first 3 months, transitioning to TFN employment following successful completion of the initial periodStable, full-time opportunity within a growing companySupportive management and structured trainingClear opportunity for progression into a senior operations roleJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $70,000.00 $75,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
