From reducing waste in our production chain to ensuring high-standard working conditions, we''re committed to doing better for our planet and our people.About the RoleAs a Junior Operations Assistant (Production & Supply Chain), you''ll be the vital link in our end-to-end workflow, the person who keeps products moving seamlessly from supplier manufacturing through to warehouse shelves. From purchase order processing to freight tracking, production coordination and everything in between, you''ll ensure our beautiful products get from concept to customer without a hitch.You''ll work closely with our Production Manager and Operations team to develop your skills, solve problems proactively, and keep our supply chain running like clockwork.What You''ll DoProcess and track purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely updatesCoordinate weekly production status updates and flag any delays or risksTrack inbound freight shipments and maintain visibility for the teamMaintain data accuracy across our systems (Cin7, Shopify, and integrations)Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and our 3PL warehouse partnersReconcile invoices, packing lists, and receipt reports to catch discrepancies earlySupport inventory management and ensure products are available for sale on timeMaintain compliance documentation and help identify process improvementsWhat You''ll Bring12 years'' experience in operations, production, administration, or supply chain supportStrong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailProactive, solutions-focused mindset - you spot issues before they become problemsConfident communicating with both internal teams and external partnersProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including formulas, filters, and data managementAbility to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBonus: experience with Cin7, Shopify, international freight, or working with 3PLsWhy Join Hommey?At Hommey, we''re building more than a home and lifestyle brand we''re creating a movement defined by comfort, quality, and personalisation.We believe in what we do.
