The role is ideally based in Melbourne but is open to candidates based in Sydney or Brisbane.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for regional pipeline development and management, tracking business metrics and quarterly business reviewsIdentify software upsell opportunities within existing install base by partnering closely with sales and customersLead high-value consulting engagements needs discovery, workshops, benchmarking, and master planningAssist in shaping customer strategies and develop compelling value propositionsCoordinate with cross-functional teams involving operations, product management, proposal and estimations to position right Honeywell Connected Industrial SolutionsKey Experience & CapabilitiesBachelor''s degree in engineering or a related field10 years of progressive software sales and/or consulting experienceHands-on consulting experience in process industries, delivering Solution Consulting / digital transformation, or operational excellence programsDomain knowledge in at least one core vertical (Refining, Oil and gas, Mining ideal; Power, Chemicals will be considered)Strong understanding of OT & IT environments (DCS, historians, APC, AI/ML, Operations Management, Asset Management, data platforms)Ability to lead customer workshops from day oneExperienced in regional markets with sharp insight into competitive marketStrong business and technical acumen, and ability to drive growth initiativesProven ability to engage C-level contacts for selling solutions, value articulation and shaping enterprise dealsKnowledge of integrated operations, functional architecture, financial modeling, and translating business needs into actionable requirementsWilling and able to travel and meet customersWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
