You will be the first port of call for our valued clients, visitors and team in our Perth office along with delivering high quality and professional office facilities for HopgoodGanim including face-to-face client care for both our internal and external clients.Key to this role is providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients, including responsibility for:Greeting clients in a warm and professional manner on arrivalAnswering calls promptly and managing the switchboard operationManaging conference room bookings and servicing roomsPreparing coffees and other beveragesOpening and distributing mailDocument production (printing, binding, scanning, copying)Processing incoming and outgoing couriers and mail (postage)Management of Safe CustodyArchiving managementOrdering catering and assisting with event setups when requiredEnsuring the reception area is tidy at all timesMaintenance of client and staff kitchensStocktaking consumablesAssisting marketing team with function set up and pack downsOther office services and administration duties as requiredWe are looking for someone who understands how to provide that ''next level'' customer service and has held a similar position in a professional services or ideally, in a tourism or hospitality environment. Having experience working ''front of house'' would be advantageous. You will be a team player, well-presented and have strong interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to manage the demands of a busy role including high levels of organisation and efficiency and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.We are looking for someone with a strong sense of proactivity and curiosity to always deliver high levels of service.
