This role will require you to separate waste streams by hand so be prepared to get hands dirty. Sustainability Stewards play an integral role in supporting our goal to be the most sustainable precinct on the planet.You will receive training from one of the leading sustainability teams in the Australian hospitality industry and use this knowledge to service the precinct and ensure all waste is diverted from landfill correctly.
