Core ResponsibilitiesLead full-stack architecture Design and build responsive frontend components and scalable backend systems that work seamlessly togetherDevelop the backend Build scalable REST APIs with Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) to support real-time property data and analyticsOwn data visualization Create interactive charts and mapping features that make complex property data intuitive and actionableArchitect for scale Design efficient database schemas, implement caching strategies, and ensure our platform handles millions of property records without breaking a sweatShip fast Work in 2-week sprints, take ownership of features from concept to production, and deploy multiple times per weekTechnical Skills (Required)Strong React experience 5+ years shipping production React applications; comfortable with hooks, context, state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.), and performance optimizationFull-stack capability Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express, or similar; comfortable writing APIs, designing databases, and thinking about scalabilityPostgreSQL & database design Can write efficient queries, design schemas, understand indexing and query optimizationTypeScript Prefer working with types; writing TypeScript is your default, not an afterthoughtTesting Write unit tests and integration tests as part of your workflow (Jest, React Testing Library)Cloud & DevOps basics Familiarity with AWS, Docker, environment variables, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practicesActively use modern coding assistants/AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, etc.) as part of your workflow to move faster and ship reliablyOwnership mindset You don''t wait for permission; you ship code, fix bugs, and improve systems.
