The Service Coordinator ensures that care is delivered efficiently and effectively, in accordance with best practice principles and relevant legislative standards, within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.The Role:The Adult Day Centre Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Adult Day Centre, including overseeing centre activities, staff, and material and financial resources.
