Overview Coordinator Ballarat Social Connections (Day Program) About Scope Scopes purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW. Position Details Coordinator Full Time Permanent Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm Work location: Scope Ballarat Social Connections About You Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams through change and continuous improvement Clientfocused, with a strong commitment to personcentred practice and positive outcomes Experience working closely with clients, families, and stakeholders to support goals and participation Confident managing budgets and overseeing operational and financial responsibilities Organised, proactive, and able to balance service delivery with quality, compliance, and team support Role Requirements NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR VIC Drivers licence International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years Remuneration and Benefits Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 per year tax free in addition to your standard tax-free threshold for salary) Purchased Leave Scheme (gives you the opportunity to purchase up to four weeks additional leave on top of your existing four-week Annual Leave entitlement) Employee Assistance Program (free confidential support and advice for workplace and personal issues) At Scope, we pride ourselves on collaborating with our people.
