If you do not have experience but are interested in developing skills in this area, we offer full training and support.About the roleYou will be responsible for diagnosing our internal and external customers'' spare parts requirements, then processing the orders.You will enjoy this role if you want to be part of a great team delivering service excellence.On a typical day, you will:Look up manuals to identify the correct parts and interpret customer requirementsReceipt/despatch and send partsPick parts for Service TechniciansPurchase non-standard parts using their respective part numbersKeep customers upto date with timing of their ordersThis is a full time role Monday to Friday starting at 7.30am.Joining the team will give you many opportunities to learn and grow with us.Work with our Customer Service Manager, technicians, local team and colleagues across AustraliaWe supply uniforms and tools, personal protective equipment including safety hats, glasses, gloves, safety boots, etc.You will join a growing company with a great cultureMechanical aptitude or automotive parts experience is preferred but not essential.
