OverviewHybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days. Location: Narangba.Join City of Moreton Bay as an Administration Officer, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.As an Administration Officer in the Kerbside Collection Contract operational team, youll provide administrative and business support to our Waste and Resource Recovery Department, involving direct Resident contact. Youll work collaboratively with other administration team members across the department to deliver a seamless support service to the Kerbside Collection operation, as well as assisting with customer enquiries including resolving enquiries and requests from incoming correspondence into Moreton Bay Waste inbox and Waste Management resource pool.ResponsibilitiesProcess bin collection services requests and applicationsPreparation of resident correspondence with regard to kerbside collection service enquiriesUndertake investigations and report on operational issuesSupport the coordination of waste and recycling community engagement activities, including compilation of promotional material, events, workshops, presentations and information forumsQualifications and SkillsYoull bring a great attitude, enjoy working with multiple stakeholders alongside an exceptional team of Waste professionals. Ideally having worked in a similar role, youll have the essential ability to provide admin support. This will be balanced with highly refined communication and interpersonal skills and a strong focus on the provision of quality internal customer service.
