About The RoleOur project in the Surat Basin is currently seeking Gathering Supervisors to share their experience and expertise within our CSG infrastructure team.ResponsibilitiesSafety: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Participate in incident investigations, report incidents to management, and ensure timely resolution of safety and environmental issuesLeadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor and management a team fostering a culture of safety, efficiency and continuous improvementProblem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project, proactively mitigating risksResource Coordination and Planning: manage resources (in accordance with project timelines), including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and effectivenessQuality Assurance: Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets MPK and client specific quality standards and project specifications.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, reports, and ensure compliance with MPK and client specific management system proceduresClient & Team Communication: Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment with client expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr
