The OpportunityWe are seeking Registered Nurses to support our Mental Health Unit at Shepparton Private Hospital. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.Skills and ExperienceCurrent registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum two (2) years post-graduate experienceRecent experience in a mental health nursing settingPost-graduate qualifications in mental health highly regardedAvailability to work across a rotating 7-day rosterExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as requiredWhats in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
