This is a full-time, permanent position with a high-performing team delivering quality projects using modern construction methodologies, including tilt panel. What Youll Be Doing Contract & Project Administration Prepare, negotiate, and manage head contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements. Administer variations, extensions of time, claims, and contractual compliance. Coordinate project documentation and correspondence. Interface with stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor and forecast project budgets and cash flow. Prepare and manage progress claims and payment certifications. Process invoices and support procurement and tender evaluation. Ensure compliance with relevant construction standards and legislation. Maintain detailed project records and manage commercial risk. Support dispute resolution processes as required. What Youll Bring Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction contract administration. Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. Strong working knowledge of AS2124, AS4000, and other standard contracts. Experience with tilt panel construction highly regarded. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in contract admin systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with gym, childcare, or other community facility projects. Prior work on builds valued at $5 million and above. Knowledge of compliance frameworks and industry best practices.
