In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the dining experience for residents, focusing on providing positive service and creating a welcoming mealtime environment. Roster Weekday & weekend shifts, including mornings and afternoons - depending on site needs and staff availability. Responsibilities Assisting with food preparation, including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas Setting tables, plating meals, and supporting the chef with general kitchen duties Qualifications / Desired Skills And Experience Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service Previous contract catering experience (desirable) Work effectively as part of a team to meet resident needs and service expectations Excellent presentation and communication skills Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to busy and changing environments What We Offer Hospitality industry pay + casual loading & penalties Uniform provided Staff benefits and retail discounts (450+ stores nationwide!)
