OverviewWe currently accepting applications for Truck Drivers with MR Driver Licence or above for work with a road maintenance team based at Mittagong.This role will involve working full time hours for an initial period until early April, with genuine potential of further work for good operators. An attractive hourly pay rate is being offered, including overtime penalty rates and allowances for additional hours of work.ResponsibilitiesDriving MR maintenance trucks for movement of materials and transfer of work teams.Undertaking manual labouring with roadworks crews.Assisting with general road pavement repairs, guard rail and safety barrier installation and repairs, installing and maintaining signage, pothole repairs, clearing roadside vegetation, cleaning rest areas and general rubbish collection, and traffic control.Qualificationscurrent WHS White Card - essentialWorker On Foot card - or willingness to obtain (online link able to be provided for successful applicant)traffic control tickets - or willingness to obtainprevious experience with road construction or maintenance will be highly regardedfit for manual work tasks as requiredwillingness to undertake police record checkApplicants will need to be fit for physically demanding work, and be a genuine team player with a willingness to undertake manual labour as well as the truck driving duties.ApplicationIf this sounds like you, APPLY NOW.
